The Epslog's team is composed by a group of highly-qualified professionals from all over the world, who have joined their knowledge and experience for the development of new technologies in material testing and interpretation of rock cutting data.
Our unique know-how in the field of rock cutting has been combined over 25 years of academic researches materialized by numerous scientific publications recognized all over the world.
Among them, we count with some of the key original creators and developers of the scratch test, who joined their efforts to provide our clients with the best possible technical supports and advises.

Ir. Catherine Braham (civil engineer) could acquaint herself with The Wombat during several months spent at the CSIRO in Perth, Australia. After this preliminary experience, she joined Epslog in Aug2008 with the major duty of servicing for the industry and sustaining the development of the Wombat software.

Dr. Fabrice Dagrain (Founder) obtained his Ph.D. at the Polytechnic Faculty of Mons and his M.S. at the UMN. Ever since his master thesis, he has been involved in the design and development of the Rock Strength Device. He is also the creator of most of the experimental procedures used by Epslog.
Christophe Coudyzer (Founder and Director) conducted a large number of tests when he was researcher at the Polytechnic Faculty of Mons, as part of a project aimed to optimize the geometry of PDC cutters.

Margaret Fairhurst is a Professional Geologist with over 18 years of professional experience in mining, environmental, geotechnical and geochemical consulting. Since 2009, she has been the Marketing Manager for Epslog in Australia and New Zealand.
